"Swimming Pool" is a 36" x 36" acrylic on canvas, the original piece is currently available. I really love this sign. Although the Diving Lady is not neon, she is classic 50's and fits perfectly with the Swimming Pool neon sign below her. The sign is in Tucson, Arizona at the site of the former Pueblo Hotel. Originally it was the Willard Hotel which was built between 1902-1904. The name was changed to the Pueblo Hotel in 1944, and operated until 1984, the sign was installed in the 1950's. The building underwent a major restoration from 1991-93 and the pool was filled in, the building was turned into law offices. The sign was meticulously restored by Cook & Co. in 2012. She still sits majestically on the diving board today. "Swimming Pool" is also available various sizes as a limited edition of 50 giclee prints on gallery wrapped canvas. Custom sizes are available upon request.
