Edward Weston once said; " Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual."
The original image was a piece of bark. With the use of Apple Photos and the retouch section this abstract was created.
I've been taking photographs for around fifty years and ideas have been changing all that time. In the beginning it was black and white street photography and it will end with digital abstract and flowers.
Photographs will be printed on Fine Art Geclee Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Paper with a one inch white border.
Pablo Picasso said; "I begin with an idea, and then it becomes something else."
"Photography is an art of observation.
It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them. " -Elliott Erwitt -
