POLYCHROME SUN/LIGHTNING/SCROLL Water Jar

This unique water jar shows the direct capped spiral designs that emerges from the main body framing lines. The water jar is divided into 3 sections that contain a Sun pattern with a Dagger motif and Lightning design that is housed in a vertical section. The second part to the vertical section are painted with the "Capped Spiral" design patterns that are very characteristic for a Zuni Polychrome. The double life line encircles around the neck of the jar along with the 4 Daggers and Lightning motifs are painted on the top of the jar. Signed PALOMA, 7/2023 Zuni, NM
