Surf
This was taken during a weeklong visit to the village of Corolla on the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Barefoot on the sand is an excellent way to ground your body. Add the sounds of the surf, the feel of the sand underfoot, and the ever-changing light; the shoreline becomes a very meditative place. I employed ICM during my time on the beach.
