Hilary Sylvester has been creating Biblicaly inspired art in California for over 20 years. Many of her paintings can be found among collectors from several other countries as well. She uses glass as her canvas, utilizing mixed media techniques. Formally trained in art with a BFA in illustration. Influences from Chagall, Modigliani & Klimpt can be seen in her use of color, texture, form and pattern. Inspired from the Scriptures and Israel, the land of her heritage she never seems to run out of themes to work with. Each painting tells a story.
