Cosmic Clock

This non-functioning ‘wall clock’ assemblage examines the concept of Time. The speed of time is based on our personal perception. Time either flies on wings or crawls like a snail. We as mere mortals find ourselves inside the mystery of Time looking outward through the man-made invention of the clock. (note: the hours appear reversed).

I have added a ‘cosmic’ family to underscore each concept as follows. The father holds the key to the equation of time versus space, but as yet, is unable to unlock the metaphysical portal. The mother’s hand no longer “rocks the cradle” but now controls the mainspring of destiny. The child plays a game of chance with a throw of the dice.
