Hayden Valley, Yellowstone National Park

Hayden Valley is my favorite spot in Yellowstone National Park! I love the wide open landscape with the Yellowstone River winding through it. One of the best places in the park to view wildlife, it is often possible to see hundreds of bison roaming freely! What a thrill! I wanted to capture just the landscape in this painting, but plan to do another painting including the bison herds! Double matted and framed to 11 x 14. Available at Gay Street Gallery in Washington, VA beginning March 21.
