Alignment... throat

This piece was inspired during a workshop I took about self-healing and reconnecting with ourselves. Throughout the workshop, I explored how I could take better care of myself and what steps I needed to take in order to improve my health - physical, emotional and spiritual. My biggest takeaway was balance. Having balance and being fully aligned with ourselves in all aspects of our lives is essential. The series "Alignment" focuses on just that - how we can be in balance and harmony. Using the throat chakra, we open communication with others and allow our creativity and confidence to flow freely. We affirm to ourselves that our voice is strong and confident, that we are creators and open to inspiration and curiosity, and that we are committed to following our vision in life.
