Colorsplash

This dazzling gold building with red and blue details is near Alamo Square in San Francisco. It was love at first sight! However, the shadows weren't at the best angle. So I made another trip with my camera weeks later when the sun was "just right." Since the height and angle of the Sun change a lot over the months it sometimes takes an extra visit (or two) to get the best reference material for my art.
